Understanding Roles and Permissions
The Roles and Permissions feature in the Resilience Connect web app defines user roles and their associated permissions, ensuring appropriate access and functionalities based on responsibilities.

Key Features and Fields
1. Role Name Assign descriptive role names (e.g., "Admin," "Field Worker").
2. All Modules Grant default access levels across all modules:
Create: Add new records (mobile/web).
Read: View information without edits.
Edit: Update existing records.
Delete: Remove records.
All Access: Full control (create, read, edit, delete, export).

3. Module-Specific Permissions Set conditional permissions for specific modules (e.g., Questionnaire, Respondents, Initiatives, Users, Locations). Permissions include the same options as "All Modules."
You''ll need to give a granular "Read" permission to every user using the mobile app for the Users, Locations, Questionnaire, Initiatives and "Create/Edit/Read" Respondents to add respondents details on the mobile app.
Dashboard Options:
District Dashboard: District-specific insights. Click here to understand the dashboard.
State/Province Dashboard: State/Province Specific Insigths. Gets automatic access to District dashboards for the State/Province. Click here to understand the dashboard.
Management Dashboard: Comprehensive performance overview for executives. Gets access to all 3 dashboards for all the states/provinces and districts. Click here to understand the dashboard.

4. Track on Dashboard Control whether data for a role appears on the dashboard:
Yes: Data is for those roles tracked and displayed on the dashboard e.g. Field worker
No: Data will be hidden e.g. role is Administrator
5. Respondent Details Manage access to specific actions:
Change Scheme Status: Modify scheme status on the Respondent Details page. (e.g., "Submitted").
Delete Evidence: Remove evidence permanently.

6. Reassign Field Workers Control permissions to reassign field workers when tasks or projects change, click here to understand this feature:
Yes: Allows reassignment.
No: Restricts reassignment.
7. PII View PII information is information that can personally identify a respondent. This permission enables viewing PII information like email or mobile number or any PII data of respondents you would want to keep masked from portal users.
Yes: Can view PII information.
No: Cannot view PII information.
