The user must have permissions to delete existing roles in the application.
Steps to Delete a Role
Step 1 : Navigate to the "Roles and Permissions" module from the main navigation menu.
Step 2 : Select/Search the role to delete and click on the Delete icon. For example, select "Field Worker" and click delete.
Step 3 : Confirm the action. If the role is assigned to users, the system will prompt to reassign those users to another role.
Role is not mapped to any users
Step 4 : If the role is associated with a user, deleting this role will show you a popup and will ask you to associate users to another role. Once you've done that you can successfully delete the role.
Step 5 : Click on Confirm.
Step 6 : You should see a message for successful completion.
