Q: How to verify registered mail ID on Resilience Connect Portal?
Answer: You need to go to the inbox of the registered mail ID, search for an email from [email protected], and verify the link provided.
Q. Can we login with any mail ID?
Answer: No, you can only log in with a registered mail ID on the organisations Resilience Connect application.
Q. Can we add new field worker from the resilience connect Portal?
Answer: Yes, but it can only be done through a role with access to adding users.
Q. How can we see in which initiatives, field workers has filled an application?
Answer: You can view this information using the "initiative-wise Metrics" section in State or district dashboards, which shows the initiatives the team has applied for.
Q. What to do if initiative statuses are not visible on the Portal?
Answer: Check whether the field workers have uploaded all required documents for "Submission to Benefit Delivery." Once all documents are uploaded, the statuses will appear.
Q. Can we change the phone number of registered users?
Answer: Yes, the phone number of users can be changed make sure the user changing them has edit user access.
Q. Will there be any changes in the user’s app after changing the phone number?
Answer: No, there will be no changes. The phone number is not directly related to app functionality. However, if you change the block, district, or state, the field workers work details will be updated accordingly.
Q. If an initiative does not show on the app/portal, what should we do?
Answer: First, check if the initiative is registered on the portal. If not, you need to add the initiative to the portal.
Q. What is the use of the initiative-wise Metrics?
Answer: Initiative-wise Metrics helps understand the types of initiative the field worker is applying for within a specific period. This assists the coordinators in determining whether the field worker is focusing on diverse initiatives or primarily on a particular type.
Q. How do you know if gender bifurcation is maintained in registration?
Answer: You can view the Gender Ratio graph or check the female registration column in the Operational Performance section.
Q. How can you see who is the best performer in your district?
Answer: By clicking on the high lighted icon on the available graphs.

Q. How can we see the gender bifurcation of all indicators in Operational Performance?
Answer: Hover your cursor over the total gained numbers, and the portal will automatically display the male and female counts.

Q. What should we do if there is a data discrepancy between the app and portal?
Answer:
Ensure the app's data is properly synced.
Check if the dashboard on the portal has been synced and showing a green status for sync. If not, wait for the synchronization to complete or contact us at [email protected]
