Management Dashboard
The Management Dashboard offers organizations a comprehensive view of program performance, enabling informed decision-making. Users with access to this dashboard can also view state- and district-level dashboards, ensuring both granular and high-level insights.
Pre-requisite
To access the Management Dashboard, users must have the required Management Dashboard permission assigned to their role.
Steps to Access the Management Dashboard
Step 1 : Log in to the web portal.
Step 2 : Navigate to the Dashboard tab on the menu bar.

Step 3 : Select the Management Dashboard menu item.

Step 4 : Explore the dashboard and its detailed metrics.
Dashboard Metrics
1. Spotlight
The Spotlight section provides an overview of key program activities for the selected time period, including:
Number of Registrations
Number of Submissions
Number of Initiative Deliveriesd
Number of Unique Households delivered
Data is synced daily for the previous day. The sync status is displayed:
Green: Data is up-to-date.

Red: Data is stale and has not been synced.


2. Overview
Cumulative Performance
This section highlights year-to-date performance metrics for registrations, submissions, and deliveries since the program's inception.
Number of Initiatives: Displays total counts for registrations, applications, and deliveries.
Number of Unique Households (HH): Counts unique households receiving applications or benefits. For example:
A household receiving one application will count as one.
A household receiving multiple applications still counts as one, focusing on unique household participation.
Registration Counts: Remain consistent regardless of applications or benefits.

Monthly Performance for the Organization
This section visualizes the month-on-month distribution of:
Registrations
Applications
Deliveries
Metrics include:
Number of Initiatives: Total numbers for registrations, applications, and deliveries for the selected months.
Number of Unique HH: Reflects households receiving at least one application submission or benefit delivery.

Monthly Performance by Field Worker
This metric highlights the average monthly performance of individual field workers , showing their contributions across:
Registrations
Applications
Deliveries

State-Wise Performance
Displays active states and their performance distributions for the selected timeline, including:
Number of Initiatives: Total registrations, applications, and deliveries by state.
Number of Unique HH: Counts households receiving at least one application or benefit.

State-Wise Performance by Field Workers
Provides insights into average field worker performance across active states for the selected timeline.

3. Inclusivity
The Inclusivity section tracks outreach to vulnerable communities, focusing on:
Gender Ratios
Registrations: Displays the gender distribution of primary respondents.
Applications: Tracks applications for respondents and dependent household members.
Deliveries: Monitors benefits delivered to respondents and dependents by gender.

Caste Ratios
Registrations: Shows caste distribution for primary respondents.
Applications: Details applications submitted by caste categories for respondents and dependents.
Deliveries: Tracks benefits delivered to respondents and dependents by caste.

4. Initiatives
The Initiatives tab provides a detailed view of program performance and distribution over time.
Benefits Received State-Wise
Displays benefit values delivered across states, including initiatives with assigned benefit values.

Initiatives Applied and Delivered by State
Offers a detailed view of:
Initiatives receiving benefits or applications.
Distribution of benefits and applications across active states.
By default, priority schemes are displayed, with options to add or remove additional schemes as required.

Initiative Metrics
All Initiatives and their statistics, these can be filtered by State and district for a granular view.
