Prerequisite: A user with role permission of District can view the district dashboard
Spotlight Metrics
Number of Registrations:
The total registrations completed during the selected time period.
Number of Initiative Submissions:
The total applications submitted (initiatives of respondents marked as "application submitted") during the selected time period.
Number of Initiatives Delivered:
The total initiatives delivered (initiatives of respondents marked as "benefits availed") during the selected time period.
Number of Unique Households Delivered:
The total number of households that received at least one benefit.
Data Sync Information:
Data is synced daily for the previous day. The sync status is displayed:
Green: Data is up-to-date.

Red: Data is stale and has not been synced.


Scale Metrics
Average Registrations:
Average registrations completed by active field workers in your district compared to other districts in the state/province.
Example :
In the month of Oct the performance of the District is 3 registrations per field worker as compared to other districts in the state.

Average Submissions:
Average application submissions completed by active field workers in your district compared to other districts in the state/province.
Example:
The submissions by the field workers for the district on an average is 2.5 as compared to other districts in the state/province.

Average Initiatives Delivered:
Average benefits delivered by active field workers in your district compared to other districts in the state/province.
Example
The deliveries by the field workers for the district on an average is 2 as compared to other districts in the state/province.

Submission/Registration %:
Ratio of application submissions to registrations:
<100%: Field workers are completing more registrations than submissions.
=100%: Submissions and registrations are equal.
>100%: Field workers are completing more submissions than registrations.
Example:
If the percentage is 125% in January for your district (Purple line), it indicates 125% more submissions than registrations. However, the state average (Green line) might be higher, e.g., 250%.

Delivery/Submission %:
Ratio of benefit deliveries to application submissions.
Initiatives Delivered Per Household:
The average number of initiatives delivered per individual or household.
Quality Metrics
Gender Ratios (F/M):
Ratio of initiatives submitted by females to males.
Graph Interaction:
Zoom Controls:
Zoom in for a weekly comparison or zoom out for a quarterly comparison. The default view is monthly for the past six months.
Performance Comparison:
View year-to-date performance for your district compared to others in the state, highlighting the top two performers and field workers needing improvement.
Initiatives Statistics - Operanational Performance Metrics These metrics provide a tabular distribution for field workers, with segregation by gender (Female/Male ratios).

Total number of applications submitted successfully.
Unique Households with Submitted Applications:
Total unique households with submitted applications.
Benefits Delivered:
Total number of benefits received/delivered.
Unique Households Receiving Benefits:
Total unique households receiving benefits.
Unique Individuals Receiving Benefits:
Total unique individuals receiving benefits.
Supporting Documents Processed:
Number of supporting documents (e.g., Aadhaar) processed.
Value of Applications Submitted:
Total value of social security applications submitted successfully.
Value of Benefits Received:
Total value of benefits delivered.
Submission to Beneficiary Ratio:
Applications submitted as a percentage of eligible beneficiaries.
Average Time from Submission to Delivery (Days):
Average duration from application submission to benefit delivery.
Submission Rejection Rate:
Percentage of submissions rejected.
Initiative-Wise Metrics:
Detailed statistics for all initiatives with performance metrics for each field worker.
