Setup Respondent Details Page
The Respondent Setup page allows users to create and manage the respondent details page. It lets you define what information should be shown under each tab—Household, Primary Member, and Dependent Members—based on the requirements of the survey.

Once you open the setup page, you will see three tabs:
Household Level
Primary Respondent
Dependent Respondents
Each tab allows you to add the questions format for a specific respondent category.
Household Level Setup
You can only add more questions to this setup for household details. Some data like respondent Id and date of registration come preconfigured.
Click + Add Row to add new details.
Enter:
Label – Display name
Section – Category of the question
Question – The actual question asked to the respondent
Use arrows to move questions up/down.
Click the pen icon to edit and trash icon to delete.
Click Save Section after making changes.
After configuring the section click the main Save button at the bottom of the screen to store the full configuration.
Primary Respondent Setup
This section contains details for the primary respondent.

You can modify the Section Name (e.g., “General Details”).
Add new fields using + Add Row.
Enter the Label, Section, and Question for each field.
Reorder fields using the arrow icons.
Save your changes by clicking Save Section.
You can also create multiple sections if the questions belong to different categories, such as General Details, Qualification, or any other category you need.
After configuring all sections click the main Save button at the bottom of the screen to store the full configuration.
Dependent Respondents Setup
This section captures details of household members linked to the primary respondent.

This section works similarly to the Primary Respondent Setup. The only difference is that the questions you configure here should be mapped to the Household Member section of the questionnaire.
Follow the same steps:
Modify the Section Name as needed.
Add new fields using + Add Row.
Enter the Label, Section, and Question details.
Reorder fields using the arrow icons.
Save the section using Save Section.
After configuring all sections click the main Save button at the bottom of the screen to store the full configuration.
