Setting up your Organization Account
Account Setup
After you've signed up with us, we shall create your account and give authorised users access to the web application for your organization.
Steps to Set Up Your Account
Step 1: Receive an Email Invite
Once your organization is registered on Resilience Connect, Organisation Admins will receive an email invitation to set up their account from [email protected] . The email includes a personalized Resilience Connect URL for your organization.
Step 2: Access the Email
Check the inbox of the email address used for the registration. The email will prompt you to create a password.

Step 3: Set Up Your Password
Click on the customized URL provided in the email (e.g., your-org.resilienceconnect.org/reset-password). This link will take you to the password setup page.

Step 4: Log In and Manage Users
After setting up your password, you can log in to the platform. You will have full permissions to:
Invite other users to join the platform.
Add questions.
Manage roles, permissions, and key features.
Verification link has expired.
The link we send you to setup password has an expiry set to it for 8 hrs.
Incase it expires you'd get a message that the "Link has expired"

You can Get a new link by clicking on the button and receive another email with the new link.
Incase you get a Message "User Account is already verified", this means you can continue to use the login.

Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password to access the portal. You can use the forgot password Link on the login page to reset your password.
Step 1 : Go to the login page of your organization and click on the Forgot password link.

Step 2 : You'll be redirected to the forgot password page.

Step 3: Enter your registered Email Id and click on Send Verification Link.
Step 4: Check your Inbox for a reset password email from [email protected]

Step 5: Clicking on the link will take you to the Change password Page.

Step 6: Change your Password and login using the new credentials.
