Customizing your Organization Account

Prerequisites

You need to be an organization admin to be able to change the organization details.

As an Organization Admin, you have the ability to customize the look and feel of the application. The changes you can make include:

• Default Language

• Description

• Privacy Policy Link

• Branding Details

Any changes you make will be reflected on the web application immediately and on the mobile app once users log out and log back in.

However, certain elements cannot be modified, such as the Country, Key and the Subdomain URL. These Details are configured during the setup process.

The Key may be tied to specific data, and the Subdomain URL is the link where the application is hosted.
