The Manage/Edit function allows administrators to update user details as needed. Follow the steps below to manage or edit a user:
The user must have edit user access to edit user details.
Navigate to the Users module from the main navigation menu.
Search/Select the user you want to modify, then click the edit icon (✏️) at the far right of the form.
Update the necessary changes you want to make.
Click the Save (💾) button at the bottom of the form to save the changes.
A success message will appear, confirming that the user details have been updated successfully.
Users can also revert changes to the previous entry using the Undo button( )in the section before saving.
